About NCARPO
The mission of
the North Carolina Association of Rural Planning Organizations is to
provide a forum for transportation planning officials to exchange
information and form consensus on transportation issues of regional,
statewide, or national significance.
The North Carolina Association of Rural Planning Organizations was
created in October 2003 through the adoption of
Bylaws. The Association contains voting members from all 20
RPO's in North Carolina.
